First XI Cricket team

Our 1st eleven cricket team participated at the Watershed College T20 tournament 2016. On our opening match against M.C.C. we won by 6 wickets after M.C.C. scored 130 runs for 6 wickets in 20 overs and The Heritage scored 131 runs for 4 wickets in 14 overs. In our second match against Petra we lost by 1 run, after Petra scored 140 runs all out and The Heritage scored 139 runs for 5 wickets. We then moved on to qualify for the plate finals against Gateway and we lost by 102 runs. The most outstanding players of The Heritage school were; Scott Austin, Munyaradzi Takwana, Shah Meeran Zia, and Anesu Mlambo. Well done to our boys for making it to the plate finals, you looked up to our motto. ‘Alta Pete’ Aim High
